As a Forensic Integration Specialist (FIS) my bread and butter is the focus of re-integrating complex clientele with forensic, psychiatric, developmental, and behavioral complications either back into the community as independent individuals or work to improve the clients quality of life through the use of a day program. My position as a FIS allows me to interact, educate, analyze, and reintegrate a wide range of individuals one on one in various locations and settings within the community. Working one on one requires me to tailor my approach to all interactions with the assigned clients based upon their specific needs and goals.

Every day as an Asset Protection Agent presents me with new challenges, whether it be surveilling a shoplifter, assisting a customer having a medical emergency, or even investigating fraud. I primarily work with two Agents in Training who I mentor and supervise. Due to my store's location and do not operate under a direct manager; instead, I report to an area manager and act as the primary supervisor contact for the location. Certified rollercoaster operator for 5 rides with a total of 12+ hours of operator training for each ride.As a Lead it was my responsibility to ensure that day to day operation for the ride runs smoothly. Each day I must fill out a Daily Operational Log for the respective ride, conduct Operator and Attendant training for all Team Members at my ride while simultaneously managing 3 other rides.
