Head bartender. Run the bar, work with manager to make sure liquor is stocked, train the new employees. As Wine Ambassador I set up, communicate with the guests, and run a wine dinner once a month. There are around 100 people attending normally, and I communicate via email, phone, or in person with them to fulfill their wants and needs for the evening. Customer service is very important, as you have to be able to handle any situations with the customers.

One year contract with Southwest Gas Network Services Department. Part of a three person team upgrading every virtual machine in the company from windows 7 to 10. Part of the biggest IT project in company history, changing over to POE phones. Changed every switch, router, and cable, company wide. Worked at Switch many times, racking new equipment, configuring CIMC’s, and running fiber and Ethernet cable. Did cable runs in offices, went through ceilings, etc. Troubleshoot issues with phones when we switched over. Certified in Symantec Endpoint Protection, providing permissions on new laptops was part of my daily duties. Inventoried millions of dollars of equipment at our warehouse. Flew to Arizona multiple times to work in our data center there, racking and changing equipment, and running cable. Installed and ran cable to every conference phone in every conference room. Worked a ton of telecommunications issues. Loved it!
