Major organization changes include implementation of design and development processes that meet the requirements of Quality System Regulation (QSR) Part 820. To include design and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS). Automated and integrated many aspects of the QSR in our ERP, NetSuite. Led technical due diligence on our acquisition of CleanSlate. Post-acquisition, created strategy to incorporate acquired products, systems, and processes into Seal Shield. Embraced and implemented a product strategy ideology founded on V2MOM, from SalesForce, into our practice to ensure organization and customer alignment on products and services.Projects and Responsibilities:- Led initiative to stand up product development practices that comply with Quality System Regulation Part 820- Re-designed our ElectroClave™ solution within the new QSR to prepare for FDA 510k - Assisted with design and implementation of our quality management system- Continued integration and development within our ERP, NetSuite, to facilitate and automate many aspects of our QSR Part 820 and QMS- Implemented our Application Lifecycle Management tool Helix ALM- Oversee research team responsible for bringing our antimicrobial technologies into medical devices- Migrated our CRM functionality from NetSuite to HubSpot

Currently my position has me engaged with many aspects of the business. Spanning product development, operations, manufacturing, and sales engineering. Managing the entire PLM process from inception to implementation for our flagship infection control solution, the ElectroClave™, has been a core focus. Owning this solution from all aspects has allowed for professional development in sales engineering, manufacturing, and running cross-functional teams.Projects and Responsibilities:- Developed and managed the entire PLM for all new infection control products including: ElectroClave™, ElectroClave™ Portal, Antimicrobial Films, and AeroShield- Moved ElectroClave™ from offshore manufacturing to onshore in one-year while increasing quality and decreasing costs- Led the initiative to develop new distribution partnership which expanded Seal Shield's footprint to the perioperative departments- Leading all engineering technical sales and sales engineers on our solution-based platforms- Overseeing antimicrobial solution services for all OEM/ODM opportunities- Researching and identifying new antimicrobial technologies to be used in internal products and customer OEM products- Implemented Oracle Netsuite- Facilitated multiple system integrations into Oracle NetSuite to consolidate business systems across operations, sales, finance, and product development
