Responsible for creating an inspiring digital brand experience through the development of content and graphic design that are industry leading and relevant to the market place. Developed interactive designs for banners, newsletters, roots.com and social sites reflecting current trends in the market place to support e-commerce. Ensured the visual look and standards of Roots and presented a unified online experience. Studied the competitive marketplace and overall trends to ensure creative is on trend and industry leading.

Responsible for all graphics necessary inside all adidas top line and outlet stores across Canada. Working closely with the visual merchandiser, marketing coordinator, and activations coordinator to execute a cohesive brand message. Conceptualized events to support grassroots marketing, out of home activations, and brand awareness campaigns. Promote brand awareness with videography, photography, and design. Present ideas to the Senior Marketing Manager to support all marketing channels. Photograph, film, and edit video for event highlights/recaps.Some recent highlights include the grand opening of Scarborough Town Centre top line store, and the re-opening of adidas Originals Store Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.

Responsible for all graphics necessary with adidas and Reebok trade partners (Sportchek, Footlocker, Champs). Working closely with the key account managers to liaise with production shops and store managers to provide artwork that best suits the needs of the store. Designing creative assets for window displays, interior signage, web assets, POP displays, and in-store giveaways. Responsible for keeping all artwork on target with brand guidelines and global brand direction.Other responsibilities include product photography, local campaign photoshoots, and 3D rendering for interior and exterior creative fixtures. Present ideas to the senior management team to find creative ways to innovate the working environment. Occasionally tasked to photograph for internal events, and external activations.

On top of the ideation, conceptualization, and creation of all creative assets of each individual project I was also responsible for managing client relationships and a small off-site team of intermediate designers. Liaised with pre-press technicians to comply with product specifications. Responsible for quoting, invoicing, billing, and recording all expenses for each individual project.
