-Prepares work plan schedules and assigns projects to Network and MDU Design group and vendors.-Ensures that all HFC and FTTH design activities are completed according to targeted date and level of priority.-Reviews all network and MDU designs prepared by Network Design Engineers. -Reviews all Design and quotation submitted by vendors.-Ensures compliance of Network Design Engineers and vendors to existing design parameters.-Assists the Network Design Engineers in solving problems encountered in the design process.-Ensures implementing groups submit all as-built maps upon completion of project/s.-Reviews various applications of the Design software being used.-Maintains / Controls the Lode Data Network Design files.-Coordinates with product technologists regarding product engineering and design aspects. -Prepares group operational reports and provide feedback to immediate superior on current operational status, problems if any and corrective actions taken to resolve such.-Coordinate with vendors regarding the latest technology.-Coordinates with concerned groups regarding implementation concerns and projects status.-Implements company policies and regulations including safety and health in the workplace. -Formulate and provide an efficient channel of communication with staff for the improvement of work processes and procedures.-Conducts regular meetings with the Network Design and vendors.

-Responsible for the planning and execution of Network Construction strategies working closely with concerned groups to ensure timely completion of new build OSP, MDU and Fiber projects as well as consolidation, rehabilitation and upgrade projects.-Responsible for the efficiency of the cable construction process, including efficient installation of active and passive devices, activation and alignment of cable network in OSP and multi-dwelling projects.-Coordinates and confers with Construction supervisors regarding implementation schedules of Fiber, OSP, and MDU new build and rehab projects.-Analyzes problems encountered in Fiber, OSP and MDU Construction, recommends and implement solutions accordingly-Coordinates with the building administrator/ developer regarding problems encountered during cable construction-Coordinates with the warehousing group and ensures timely release of construction materials-Trains staff on proper Network Construction and safety procedures.-Coordinates closely with Contractors regarding problems encountered during cable construction and ensures that Contractors strictly follow all Construction and Quality standards. -Coordinates with other departments to fast track project completion and resolution of any plant trouble caused by project implementation.-Provides support and guidance to staff to ensure proper and effective implementation of set plans and policies for the group.-Implements company policies and regulations including safety and health in the workplace.-Formulate and provide an efficient channel of communication with staff for the improvement of work processes and procedures
