Business Developer & KAM at Spleis AS, Norways most used crowdfunding platform. Previous worked with startups and crowdfunding for nearly six years. At Spleis my main tasks are client management, internal strategies, representing Spleis at events, marketing and connecting and keeping Spleis owners the SpareBank 1 alliance updated and aware of opportunities within Spleis services. Previous CEO and Co-founder of funde.no; a Norwegian reward based crowdfunding platform and co-founder and business developer for BySpire. My main qualifications are knowledge and experience related to technology, key account manager, entrepreneurship, strategy and marketing. Funde.no had over 40 startup crowdfunding campaigns with a success rate of 75%, the projects ranging from NGO’s to tech companies. My trademark was to go in depths to understand the businesses of my clients and to provide my unique knowledge of crowdfunding success factors to help them reach their goals in alternative finance. Relevant expertise in this process is market analyzing and implementing fit strategies. As the business developer in Byspire I help implement growth opportunities within the organization and between BySpire and other organizations. I was responsible for keeping up with our competitors and helping BySpire stay in touch with the market, and discover new technological opportunities, costumers and markets. Through my work I’ve held several works shops, lectures and presentations at different institutions and events: BI, Westerdahls, UiA, Skap folkehøgskule, Co-worx, So-central, Mesh, NKHL, DNB, Nordea, landbruksdirektoratet etc. I’ve participated in several accelerators representing both BySpire and Funde.no: Oslo Smart City, The Factory and Techmakers. I'm used to presenting in front of large crowds, pitching competitions and working with short deadlines, high stakes and challenging Q&A rounds. I'm passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, working in teams, and having a high pace work day, filled with challenges and opportunities. My special interests within the innovation field is alternative finance, sharing economy and strategy.
