This is a volunteer position with a great not for profit organization. I am currently operating as a secretary to the director, Lincoln Cooper, and in that capacity am in charge of documenting meeting minutes, of updating and disseminating information. This is also an advisory position since I am involved in the decision making process for the non-profit organization. We are currently working the the county of Riverside to provide services to the Mead Valley Community.

I am currently employed as a technical writer/ legal clerk at an immigration law firm. I am learning all aspects of immigration law and am tasked with assisting the different departments that deal with different sorts of immigration cases. From family based petitions to work based and academics, and all the variations therein, the position requires me to become familiar with the different processes and develop a proficiency in understanding and practice.

I double majored in English and Rhetoric. While at Berkeley I completed an Honors Thesis and worked as a note taker for the Disabled Students Program.

While working as an Office Assistant III for the County of Riverside, I performed various duties dealing with the day to day and long term operations of the department. Whether this meant dealing with people from within the community and aiding them in the process of child placement and removal, to fingerprinting, records management and data entry, even the maintenance of multiple databases. I was also in charge of the writing, composition and editing of a monthly newsletter for the different county departments detailing the functions and operations of our unit. I was also tasked to assist the lawyers at the Riverside County Juvenile court with the retrieval and maintenance of sensitive records. My duties required knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, as well as other data tracking software.

As a Senior Funder, I was assigned to the highest producing team at db Home Lending. Working with underwriters, loan managers, brokers, and title/escrow officers, I reviewed loan documents, as well as credit reports, and appraisals to ensure that state specific conditions were met for the rapid and accurate funding of purchase and refinance home loans. I also followed up with the closing department and due diligence department to resolve any post-closing issues.

I was in charge of the maintenance and inventory of sensitive equipment. I also worked closely with battalion leadership to develop and implement training exercises during annual training..
