Application administrator and technical lead on the SRAM MDM team, responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and development of the Product Information Management (PIM) system. The SRAM MDM business initiative ensures seamless integration between PLM, ERP, Data Warehouse systems and distribution of data to public and customer facing websites including eCommerce and B2B catalogs. My role resides at the center of the SRAM MDM universe, giving me visibility to a great number of activities, both on the business and technical side.

In addition to the STEP PIM/MDM duties listed above, I also still support SRAM’s Windchill PLM system (as of Sept. '21) . Work with global technical and business teams to develop and implement quality software improvements to the SRAM Product Lifecycle Management system (PTC Windchill suite/Oracle database). Implement extended object types (workflow, lifecycle, object type configuration, object initialization rules) to achieve business goals.

Serve as technical lead; provide general GIS support to LiDAR department and other departments. Responsible for the development and implementation of department technical capabilities using available hardware, software, and programming tools (C#, Python, and VBA). Develop procedures and processes for the quality control of LiDAR and vector (geodatabase) products. Responsible for providing technical leadership for the LiDAR production process and personnel, along with coordinating work with overseas contractors.

Developed ArcGIS extension for LiDAR processing using existing proprietary api. Development of custom ArcGIS tools using ArcObjects and .NET (vb and C#). Also performed software testing for other products.

Responsible for creation of digital elevation model products. Duties include all aspects of LIDAR production lifecycle including data processing, quality control, and organization. Processing and editing of LiDAR (laser), GPS, and IMU data from raw format to LAS dataset. Extended ArcGIS using VB/ArcObjects to develop a LiDAR edit tracking system. Supported vector processing operations using ArcGIS Model Builder and Python scripting.
