In my role as the Water Resources Asset Program Manager, I am responsible for planning, and organizing condition assessments, replacement and tracking of Assets, project and program coordination, and Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budget development within the city's Water Treatment, Water Reclamation, Water Distribution, and Wastewater Collection/Irrigation System. I also provide technical assistance to asset owners for assessment needs, condition rating, reporting, cost development, and strategic infrastructure management.Data Inputs:• Power BI Report: KPIs, Utilization, Productivity• Integrate Data Sources: Connecting all other sources of data.• Use Microsoft Forms or Power Apps to improve an existing data collection process.• Utilize and Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Ask the right questions, clear visualizations, define context of the data, and drive action.• Build a solid Optimization Plan: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control.• Establish a business norm of analytical decision making and thinking: Monthly meetings to present and discuss findings.
