• Oversee, manage, and direct development and construction• Develop a business plan and underwrite ground up and redevelopment projects• Oversee all aspects of design and construction activities including, contract management, entitlements, permitting, architect selection, contractor and consultant solicitation, design and construction document review, and construction management and administration • Coordinate projects with architect, engineers, consultants, property managers, and superintendents • Create and maintain development schedules • Manage project proformas – budgets, schedule, timing, market assumptions, underwriting assumptions• Pursue new development opportunities, including market analysis, financial feasibility, due diligence, and contract negotiation • Prepare and update financial models in Excel for existing assets and prospective investments, including sensitivity analysis, and various leverage structures• Prepare and review of asset-level annual budgets and portfolio-level annual strategic business plans

• Oversee, manage, and direct development and construction• Develop a business plan and underwrite ground up and redevelopment projects• Manage all aspects of design and construction activities including, contract management, entitlements, permitting, architect selection, contractor and consultant solicitation, design and construction document review, and construction management and administration • Coordinate projects with architect, engineer, landscape architects, interior designers, property managers, and superintendents • Create and maintain development schedule • Manage project proformas – budgets, schedule, timing, market assumptions, underwriting assumptions• Pursue new development opportunities, including market analysis, financial feasibility, due diligence, and contract negotiation • Develop and maintain cash management reports; cash flow, capital expenditures, project budget • Update monthly development reports for distribution• Prepare and update financial models in Excel for existing assets and prospective investments, including sensitivity analysis, and various leverage structures• Prepare and review of asset-level annual budgets and portfolio-level annual strategic business plans

-Work on deal team to draft time sensitive marketing materials, offering memorandums, and financing due diligence.-Perform capital markets research with deal team to identify investors with return appetites consistent with the return profiles of on-going transactions.-Capital markets experience throughout all major asset classes and at various levels of the capital stack.
