The AFET Committee is one of the largest committees in the European Parliament and oversees the EU's CFSP, EU funding spent across the world as well as relations with the accession and neighbourhood countries.Tasks included:• drafting briefing and background notes on the Global Gateway strategy, the European Financial Architecture for Development (EFAD), effective Parliamentary oversight, EU support to Bosnia and Herzegovina, human rights in Turkey• contributing to draft Resolution and Opinion texts• supporting parliamentary scrutiny in particular related to the EU’s external financing instruments (NDICI-Global Europe, IPA III) including during the Comitology process and the High-Level Geopolitical Dialogues with Commissioners with contributions to the drafting of letters of recommendation• preparing minutes and feedback notes of relevant Committee, working group or (informal) consultation meetings

cooppa, the cooperative press agency, is an association of dedicated journalists and organisations with the aim of disseminating topics surrounding a transition toward a sustainable society.Tasks included:• setup and content management of the website cooppa.at (Wordpress) as well as social media accounts and newsletter• editing and writing articles on a variety of topics• production (recording, editing, publishing) of videos (interviews, events)• producing a physical conference newspaper at the Growth in Transition conference held as part of the 2018 Austrian EU Council Presidency• collaborative design of the abfang.org website (Wordpress) for the peace initiative of the same name

The Sustainable Europe Research Institute (SERI) was a Pan-European think tank exploring sustainable development options for European societies.Tasks included:• varied work on national and international research projects (e.g. POLFREE, meetPASS) dealing with policy options• growing responsibilities in communication (social media, newsletter, set-up and content management of SERI’s as well as project websites using Wordpress)• support at events (held by SERI but also at external events; registration, welcoming, information, tech support, recording)• various office tasks, e.g. editing and translation of texts or recently processing submissions to the Österreichischer Umweltjournalismus-Preis (Austrian Environmental Journalism Prize)
