• Responsible for discovering new market opportunities and revenue streams using Unified Computing platform for ISP’s.• Liaise with company president and senior staff on the implementation of the company strategic and operational plans.• Research technology trends and perform market analysis. • Responsible for intelligence gathering on customers and competitors to generate leads for possible sales.• Create business plans to analyze viability of potential new revenue streams.

• Played key role in the successful launch of residential and SMB voice platform from the ground up for multiple mid-market cable operators. VoIP involvement with these service providers included such tasks as providing expert knowledge, training, tier 3 support, building and executing acceptance test plans for cable modems and ATA end points, process/procedure building, debugging and troubleshooting eMTA, and IP endpoints.• Worked closely with 3rd party vendors to identify and solve root cause for problems at hand by utilizing SNMP, console captures, log files analysis, spectrum and vector analyzers, RF meters, network sniffers, PERL, MySQL and other software and equipment as needed, to ensure the successful launch of new products.• Presented solutions to overcome challenges that service providers faced with new business opportunities.• Created and maintained industry contacts and relationships.

• Created a variety of scripts and tools for NMC management and monitoring of Cogeco Cable DOCSIS modems.• Advanced Troubleshooting of SONET, ATM, VOD infrastructure• Built documentation related to SONET, ATM management, and network infrastructure to be used as training, and for ongoing reference.• Monitored and responded to active network alarm conditions.• Worked directly with field technicians of various disciplines, as first level support, in the prevention and timely resolution of network outages.
