My field of tasks includes:• Exposure assessment of operators, workers and bystanders to plant protection products and the compilation of dossiers in accordance with the Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 following national and european guidances. This starts with simple tier 1 assessments and continues with sophicated higher tier approaches.• Compilation, interpretation and evaluation of exposure data derived from operator and bystander exposure studies.• Monitoring of exposure studies (Operators: Seed Treatment/Seed Sowing, Field Crops; Re-entry activities, bystander direct drift studies) with an international team in order to determine the exposure of operators, workers and bystanders to plant protection products. This includes experiences in biomonitoring- as well as in fulldosimeter studies as a study deputy und GLP.

PhD at the University of Cologne in the workgroup Aquatic Chemical Ecology under the supervision of Prof. Dr. von Elert• Particular emphasis lied on the investigation of microevolutionary adaptation of Daphnia to toxins from cyanobacteria achieved by molecular biology methods such as HRMA, qPCR, Next-Generation-Sequencing as well as by analytical methods like LC-MS.• The title of the doctoral thesis was “Population genetics, ecogenomics and physiological mechanisms of adaptation of Daphnia to cyanobacteria” drafted in english.
