About Christian Laue

With over 15 years of experience in various domains, including hospitality, insurance, procurement, and risk management I could enrich my experience as a seasoned leader in digital transition and transformation projects and business process management. I am a passioned business partner in procurement and third party risk management, leveraging my expertise in change management, project management, and analytical skills.i served Chain IQ as head business process management and digital transition and transformation after a steep career in Novartis. There I was the Head of the Center of Excellence for Third Party Risk Management , where I successfully co-established the global program and led the strategic cross-divisional and cross-functional center of Excellence to identify, manage, and mitigate the risk exposure from the third parties of the global pharmaceutical company. I am holding an MBA degree from the Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. I am fluent in German, English, and French. My goal is to apply my strategic thinking, customer focus, and entrepreneurial mindset to create value and innovation for the organizations and the stakeholders I work with.
