Directed and assisted in operations of New Student Orientation Experience, International Arrival & Welcome, and Welcome Week programs across all four Phoenix metropolitan area campuses. In addition to administering and mentoring, a team of 10 Gold Guides to provide new students and their families with the information, resources, tips, and tools needed to make a successful transition to college at ASU.

Assisted first-year students and families with New Student Orientation Experience through guidance of registration process, while also directing to ASU resources when inquired. As well as performed clerical duties in the New Student Programs office on the Tempe campus.

Conducted communications outreach to over 14,000 first-year students entering the university in Fall 2021, as well as contributed to the implementation of the New Student Orientation Experience. Adapted to the changes implemented into an emergency remote system during 2020 orientation season, as well as provided input to program changes within department leadership.
