Facilitate the growth and profitability of the company through management of all community relations, marketing and customer loyalty programs, sales communications, advertising and other revenue-generating activities. Provide ongoing staff coaching and performance feedback to develop talent, increase production, and improve quality. Upgarde of POS software, and improve established sales & operational procedures.
