Sr. Recruiter / Account Manager•Recruit and source for all manufacturing related jobs within the Aerospace and Defense Industry. •Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet recruiting sources, media, employment referrals, etc. •Prepare recruitment advertising including web/internet advertising, job postings, etc. •Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills. •Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection. •Arrange for interviews and prepare travel arrangements as necessary. •Inform potential candidates about the facility, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities within the organization. •Prepare and assist in coordinating all pre-employment activities including drug screens and background investigations. •Evaluate pre-employment documentation to ensure compliance with company policy and procedure. •Responsible for submitting recruiter's candidates to the following companies Aerojet Rocketdyne, Zodiac Aerospace and SpaceX. (Using Fieldglass and Pro Wand) •Communicate effectively with both program managers and recruiters regarding candidates’ status. •Manage different accounts (SpaceX, Arrowhead Products, Zodiac Aerospace, and Aerojet Rocketdyne); coordinating with HR Departments from different clients regarding candidates’ statuses.
