DKK.I have throughout the period been CEO of Danish operations and chairman of the Czech and Slovak companies.During the period was introduced new self-service tools for customers and efficient fleet management through smartphones and APPs. Achieved very high customer and employee satisfaction.Veolia Environnement, France, was main shareholder (65%) of Marius Pedersen in the period 2001-2014. I actively participated in the negotiations on Entreprenør Marius Pedersen Fund's repurchase of Veolia shares and prepared strategy for the Group's future under the new ownership and financing of the acquisition. I Prepared strategies for the Group's future development in the light of the EU's focus on circular economy

I was in this period CEO of Marius Pedersen A/S' Danish activities.Restructured the organization to decentralize management and new management team structure with great success, with an emphasis on value-based management.Introduced new BI tool.Several acquisitions and mergers, small and large.Established production plant for utilization of waste as resources.Established through Key Account function first nationwide service concept.Expansion of trading activities into new product areas.Changed focus from waste collection to treatment and production of resources.

Board member of the foreign companies.In 1999, Marius Pedersen delisted from the Copenhagen Stock Exchange and 68% of the capital acquired by Waste Management, USA. Establishment of group reporting etc.Merger with Renovadan A/S, which was about 50% of MP's size.In 2000 Entreprenør Marius Pedersen Fund bought Waste Management out.In 2001, Veolia, France became new majority shareholder. New corporate reporting, etc.

Responsibility for the division's financial department and establishment of reliable financial reporting.Project manager on selection and implementation of a new financial system for the entire company.

Roulunds Fabriker was at the time owned by A.P.Møller group and produced parts for the automotive industry in Denmark, England, France and Italy. Approximately 1,100 employees.I was project manager responsible for selecting, negotiating and implementing the financial part of the new ERP system.

I was stationed in Paris in connection with Roulunds purchase of a family-owned factory, which would be merged with established sales company. Approximately 120 employees in total.Responsibility for finance and personnel.Implemented parent company's IT systems.Established group reporting.Participated in strategy work.

Responsibility for the consolidated financial statements and internal audit of subsidiaries in the UK, France and Italy.
