Born in the Pacific Northwest to 3rd and 4th generation PNW parents, my work in Operations, Planning and Distribution has truly been a labor of love. From the first steps through a warehouse bay door in my early 20's, to directing operations, planning, purchasing and inventory for a Global brand, my passion for the work is undiminished. Not only have I learned that hard work really is it's own reward, but that we are so much better together, and building teams that trust and support one another creates a culture of positive action and collaboration. Combined with a common goal, unified direction and clear communication - exceptional results will follow.Working in region and globally - as a director and manager - demand planning and logistics - I have found that balancing innovation and execution is key in continual process improvement. Data driven inputs that take into account the individual ways of working and the changing landscape of business has been key to my success.I feel fortunate to have lived in Portland the last 25 years with my wife and two daughters. Sharing the natural beauty, amazing agriculture and food, vibrant music scene and healthy lifestyles with family and friends never will get old.
