Additionally, I ensure that all PRM program participants, guests, staff, vendors, volunteers, and visitors experience a safe and hospitable environment that is conducive to giving hope and restoring life. - I am also responsible to oversee the Facilities Specialist and program participants as assigned.- Manage all keys, lock codes, and security cameras.

- Assist the Facilities Manager in ensuring all facilities are built and maintained to excellent standards of safety, occupant health, cleanliness, maintenance and appearance to convey value and hospitality to all who enter,· Make sure all facilities are compliant with fire, safety and building regulations by maintaining regularly contracted inspections and thorough knowledge of OSHA standards and building codes,· Ensuring maintenance and replacement needs are anticipated and cost-estimated by diligent multi-year planning using the Asset Management System in order to minimize operational disruption and support accurate budgeting,· Promptly respond to repair requests through the "Fixit" Ticket System,· Teach and supervise program participants on the facilities vocation team job readiness training by providing them with structured job-like opportunities within the facilities and developing them so that they are prepared for future employment and self-sufficiency,· Ensure that Volunteers are effectively supervised in providing facilities project support and work-day activities in collaboration with the Life Skills Manager and the Volunteer Coordinator.
