Construction Managers leading the effort for the Container Handling Building that housed chemical weapons from the WW1 and WW2 eras. This project attached to a larger facility that was managed by our clients Bechtel/Parsons/Army Corps of Engineers and was constructed to destroy these weapons as a part of the Geneva Treaty signed by countries throughout the globe. This facility had an overall value of $2-3~ Billion overall project cost. - Developed short term and long-term estimates for project budgets including direct and indirect costs- Assisted Project lead with scheduling via P6 and Microsoft Project 2010: Overall Project Schedule Four Week Look Ahead Weekly Meetings with Owner Project Controls- Assisted PM in receiving, approving and organizing deliverables from subcontractors- Estimated and tracked man hours, materials, equipment rental for progress reports and work not defined in scope- Directed scope of work issues- Execute CM’s inspection & test plan, pour cards, concrete tickets, SI reports- Monitor project cost and schedule reporting to lead executive
