-Manages Ninjavan's Document Control Center-Currently partakes in the development and implementation of Ninjavan Philippines' Business Continuity Management System (in accordance to ISO 22301)-Conducts Station Audits across the Philippines (Station Minimum Standards Audit, Operational Audits and 5S Audits) to ensure adherence of hubs with company standards and operational protocols. Responsible for plant operations analysis and optimization with primary focus on the raw material and fuel grinding process. Monitors the performance of the raw mix and fuel grinding process to ensure stable operation and to achieve process KPI.

Underwent a competitive six month training program highlighted by classroom and hands on exposure around the different departments of the cement plant. Training on each department was facilitated by actual employees allowing us to perform their daily routines with written and practical evaluations. Summary of activities in each department include:A. Safety Department - Identification of hazards in each area and categorizing it under its proper fatality prevention element.-Knowledge of the safety standards implemented in the plant, proper work procedures and work permit issuing process.-Conducted walk-by inspection sighting non conformities to safety standards.-Performed safety audit on assigned area with findings through a report presented on the management committee. -Written examination to gauge technical knowledge of safety procedures and concepts.B.
