I have worked for Catoosa County Board of Commissioners for over 4 years as an accountant. I have helped in all fields of the finance department with the most time spent on payroll administration. I have trained 5 employees on their positions in the span of the last 2 years and have been an asset to Catoosa County.I had a key role in the integration of a digital payroll system that eliminated time cards and allowed for import into our ERP system Munis. This accomplishment saved a day of payroll processing biweekly. I also was the lead on adding position controls, and salary tables to our ERP system. I am well versed in our ERP system and provide assistance to other employees with it. I manage fixed assets and grant accounting for our grants. The grant accounting required me to serve on the Board of the family Connection which I have been served for over 4 years. I have experience in AP, AR, and Purchasing as well. I go where I am needed and provide support to my employees so that we get everything done accurately before our deadlines. We have annual audits and I manage an internal audit of the courts. I also am a key member in assisting the external auditors with the annual audit of our non-elected departments.
