Driving of key activities such as specification influence prior to RFPs, proof of concepts, homologation, and solution designs to solve customer pain points.• Close Collaboration with respective sales groups within the global, hub and local organizations to ensure sales enablement and education on technical topics.• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.• Interdisciplinary Collaboration with other technical teams to create solution blueprints that are reproducible by local teams.• Support of product management and R&D groups to ensure the roadmap and development of products is in line with the market and customer needs.

Design of industrial telecommunication solutions with regard to the availability and reliability of operational and administrative communication systems. - Responsible for the design and engineering of telecommunication systems (PDH/SDH, IP/MPLS-TP networks), tailored to the requirements of the global energy sector during project execution.- In the bidding phase support of sales and bid team with design of communication networks based on customer specifications.- Integration of customers telecommunications structure in an optimal overall system.- Technical steering of the projects in all phases (Lead Engineer)- Working in international projects with contact to EPC's, consultants and end-customers, mainly in the areas Middle-East and Asia.
