I entered the company as a sales manager of the Bank and Insurance Unit and about six months later I became chief operating manager of this unit and I kept my previous role.Specifically, my line of work consisted of:- Entire contract management process, coordination of each department (sales, cost estimating, purchasing and technical department) in their respective functions;- Personnel management, contact person for internal marketing;- Annual planning of personnel training presented to the directorate-general;- Management of employee evaluation forms- Drawing up of annual business plans (including marketing plans) and management by objectives;- Planning and management of corporate branding;- Market and competitor analysis.The team which I used to lead was made up of five persons.I was also responsible for a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000 and SA 8000..

I participated in an entire planning of a new Lidl store, especially in the identification of areas (market analysis relative to competitors' location, examination of the urban area in order to locate the main streets and roads and the distribution of residential areas); economic negotiations with owners of real estate; activities concerning the planning of the same real estate.

I was responsible for the following activities:- monthly reports and resultant analyses relative to customer satisfaction for the brand Fay;- data analyses concerning targets (the relative competitors), especially market trends, new types of shoes put on the market and their prices, advertising campaigns;- analysises of industrial costs;- data processing of the two above mentioned variables in order to price the products of the three brands (Tod's Hogan and Fay) of the corporate group;- support for marketing research and sector analyses in order to develop marketing strategies.In this period I also created and prepared a series of operational tools for the agents so that they could find market prices. ..
