• Assists IHI Corporation Tokyo in investigating the vibration of the 24” LNG rundown piping of Tank 1 to Tank 5 of QGX Qatar Gas II Project.• Provided actual measurements at site for IHI’s reference in preparation for the stress analysis on to where to install the pipe supports.• Prepared fabrication drawings of the permanent pipe supports and walkways modification drawings and extracted MTO’s / bill of materials for both pipe supports and walkway drawings.• Responsible for the coordination with suppliers for the procurement of materials for the pipe supports and modification of walkways.• Prepared and submitted delivery notes for the fabricators and galvanizers.• Monitored the fabrication, modifications and inspection of the permanent supports.(Support clamps and sway braces).• Prepared ordering information, such as quantity, description & weight, ASTM specification designation & year of issue, material identification and tagging or piece identification method. • Applied Standard Specification for Zinc (hot-dip galvanized) coatings on Iron and Steel in accordance to ASTM 123 or BSEN 1461 standards. • Supervises, together with Qatar gas the installation of the supports from Tank 1 to Tank 5.• Prepared the As-Built drawings for the supports and walkways.
