I support our Medicare advice and planning team through process improvement initiatives and execution oversight. I Identify gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline our infrastructure through automation. I assist in product releases through content updates and MAP Team communications. I also assist in reviewing and reporting out on processes and results for the new Customer Care Process. Lastly, I serve as the point of contact for Fidelity Medicare Services Recognition Central programs and budget in partnership with our Enterprise Teams

I am a licensed health & life insurance agent. In my role i support our Medicare advisors and our retention and support department by fielding inquiries and facilitating the client engagement with our sales and service staff. - Introducing 401(k) participants to business partners to have appropriate Investment Solutions conversations- Building rapport and opening a conversation with Fidelity clients through profiling and utilizing consultative skills with client interactions- Learn book-management skills and effectively handling leads through lead utilization- Set up targeted appointments to address client needs related to products and services

Provide clinical, technical and product support by managing all relevant equipment. Ability to anticipate needs of O.R. staff and surgeon before, during and after surgical procedures. Ability to trouble shoot and maintain Stryker products and equipment and or other related devices. Accurately and honestly record and report data metrics related to all specific job functions on a monthly basis. Maintain up-to-date account information to ensure continuous high levels of service to various accounts. Accurately records and reports all surgical procedure information. Adheres to all Stryker and medical facility policies, standards and procedures. Ability to analyze and resolve both routine and non-routine product issues quickly and independently. Provide on-call services, as required, by medical facilities.
