- Technical sales of high power fiber lasers and Co-products (e.g.: optics, measurement, safety) - Execution of application tests for customers’ needs for different types of processes - Business Development and partly responsibility for supplier of Optoprim Germany - Managing and operating of customer service for the complete industrial customer field in Germany and elsewhere where Optoprim Germany is active- Consulting for different types of laser projects, with help of a good network and the right components

- Start up, installation, maintenance and repairing of different types of lasers and laser systems at national and international costumer places- Following a system from the start up in-house to the production phase at costumer´s side- Educate and introduce of customers and service technician in different products/product lines in technical trainings (national and international)- Coordination and organization of worldwide service interventions - Leading of service projects in collaboration with the development and production departments

- Start up, testing and alignment of laser systems- Complete function tests of laser systems- Creation of test protocols- Training for customers and users (national and international)- Customer service for second level support

- Vehicle electrical system review and function test for heating and sunroof system for cars- Participation of test automation and creating test scripts- Monitoring of maintenance and calibration intervals- Mechanical activities for the project orientated test automation
