Responsibilities included:• Create & implement all of the companies production & post-production procedures and processes.• Work with clients to develop estimates ranging from $5k to $3mil for incoming RFP’s, often times packaging multiple deliverables such as live-action, post production, still photography, social assets (GIF’s, Cinemagraph’s, etc.), & VR/360 content.• Work with Directors, Creative Directors, Designers, and Writers to assemble creative treatments & client pitches.• Network & maintain relationships with vendors & creative talent (Editors, VFX Artists, Finishing Partners, Composers, etc.).• Create & manage complex production & post schedules, from inception to delivery, spanning 2 weeks to over a year in duration.• Process vendor invoices, payroll, & timecards, including both union & non-union crew / talent payments.• Interface with both the operations & finance departments to wrap out projects and actualize the final job costs.• Interview, hire & mentor Line Producers, production & post teams, and internal staff.• Negotiate contracts & deal memos with Labor & Talent, including unions and their members (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, etc.).• Execute client contracts, licensing deals, & insurance negotiations, including the adherence to all AICP production guidelines.

• Collaborate with Ad Agencies, End Clients, Creatives, Account Teams, & Directors to carry out commercial film shoots, from initial conception of the spot, to the final delivery of footage. This is done by working closely with the Client & Director, assessing what is needed to bring their vision to life, and providing direct management of production teams and film crews ranging in size from 15 to 80 people to execute that vision on budget. Duties also include casting, location scouting, actualizing budgets ranging from $20k to $2 million, reconciling petty cash, processing union and non-union crew payroll, and managing expenses.
