• I created the 91-page user manual, which guides new clients on how to use the CrushData application.• Lead demo sessions of the software program while answering any questions clients have.• Responded to support inquiries from clients via email or over the phone.• Successfully executed unit, integration and end-to-end tests from a manual approach; looking for and reporting all bugs after new feature implementation.• Developed all test documentation including test strategy and master test plan in G Suite.• Created all SOP documentation/manuals of the CrushData application for company and client use.• Designed and created the company’s summary pages and scorecards section, using Bootstrap 4, jQuery, HTML and CSS, making them 100% responsive in coordination with lead developer. As a result, clients are now able to get a visual breakdown of their yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly expenses when importing a UPS or FedEx invoice file into our system.• Implemented new stylized components such as an accordion and table, using HTML and CSS, to the company’s audit report page. Clients are now able to see information in regards to their invoice while also navigating the page in a more efficient manner.• Made improvements to other components such as the navbar, sidebar, and fonts.

Documentation•Created the content management, workflow and collaboration processes used for all documentation, SOPs, and timecards.• Created and oversaw the creation of over 100 Standard Operating Procedures.• With QA lead, created all test flow templates for employees to use and document after each version release of the iBlush app.• Assisted with the on-boarding of all new hires, making sure they were up to speed with protocol and decorum while ensuring they had everything needed to perform their tasks.
