I'm a Hiring and Onboarding Coordinator with Bird's Eye Medical. I have spent over 15 years in retail, 10 of which have been in a leadership role. Currently, my main focus is hiring and staffing for COVID-19 vaccination, testing, and therapeutics across Washington state.I oversee the hiring side of HR with includes job postings, phone screens, interviews, job offers, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
