-Working to help support a growing medical startup company and fill in employment gaps by recruiting and vetting candidates to help combat COVID-19. -Interviewing and hiring clinical (RN's, LPN's, CMA's, CNA's, etc.) and non-clinical staff (Scribes, Vaccine Managers, Admin Assistants, Office Support, etc.). -Helping to create processes to streamline the hiring and onboarding process for new candidates. -Working with senior management and direct manager to assess needs in the company and set prioritized hiring goals across the state of Washington. -Created a complete background check process to meet the specific needs of contracts regarding Monoclonal Antibody Treatment staffing. This process will, potentially, also be used for higher positions in the company.-Building HR policies that were not previously in place and drafting plans to improve current policies.-Working as a member of the marketing committee and collaborating on ideas to build up our company presence. Assisting with managing Social Media presence and creating content to share on Facebook and Instagram.

As an ASM I was developing myself to be a leader in my building, learning processes, building relationships with people, and learning to better communicate and put context to new ideas brought down to the store.
