Since 2010 I have acted for both ASX listed and private companies, as well as individuals in a broad range of commercial, trusts, franchising, consumer protection, estates, costs and legal conflicts disputes in appellate, superior and intermediate courts in Victoria, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and the Federal jurisdictions. As part of my busy commercial litigation practice, I have developed specialised practice expertise in both complex Wills, Estates & Trusts issues and in the automotive industry. I have significant experience acting for independent administrators and trustees as well as for claimants pursuing claims in relation to a diverse range of Wills, Estates & Trusts issues. I also have particular experience acting for high profile not-for-profit entities.In 2014, I was awarded for excellence in living the values of HWL Ebsworth for high professional standards, courage and relationship building. I have acted for numerous automotive dealers and dealer councils, applying both industry expertise and dispute resolution experience in advising on dealer agreements and dealer network issues. In 2018, I was a keynote speaker at the Australian Automotive Dealers Association National Conference presenting on the Takata Airbag product recall - Australia's largest recall of manufactured goods - and have presented regularly to automotive dealer clients on Australian Consumer Law issues. Away from the office, I have also applied my dispute resolution experience as a volunteer, presiding over more than 50 cases a Member of the Independent Disciplinary Tribunals of Football Federation Victoria and Hockey Victoria, as well as the Football Federation of Victoria Appeals Board.
