In this role, I facilitated workshops and acted as a mentor for students as they applied service design and design thinking methodologies (such as persona creation, empathy mapping, UX observation, and value proposition canvas) to a company of their choice. This role required administrative and pedagogical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.The goal was to provide students with valuable insights into creating and implementing unique value propositions and business models, while promoting sustainability, customer co-creation, and competitiveness.

In this position, I worked independently to organize and develop seminars and a project management crash course for up to 80 student participants. My responsibilities included providing written feedback to students on their mandatory assignments, planning and leading educational seminars, and coordinating with the university's administrative body and faculty.

In this role, I worked with children and adults who wanted to learn how to swim. This was a gratifying experience that required a blend of solid communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to think on your feet. The role involved creating a safe and engaging environment for learners of all ages and abilities, developing customized lesson plans, and providing clear, supportive feedback to help the participants improve. Success in this job demanded patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt to each individual's needs while maintaining high safety standards. Seeing students gain confidence and skill in the water was fulfilling, knowing that I contributed to their growth and enjoyment of swimming.

I was part of a team that organized and led educational events. Our goal was to give students a better understanding of how internal and external factors impact organizations. In this role, I needed strong interpersonal skills, public speaking abilities, administrative skills, and the creativity to develop engaging and practical educational materials to make this complex topic more accessible.
