Sharing the knowledge we attain in this world and using gifts that are given to each of us for the benefits of others is how we can help each other achieve excellence in many aspects of our lives.The last 8 years I have had the privilege to work with clients from all walks of life. Clients that have been injured, are injured, battle anxiety/depression, seniors, kids, those who want to get stronger, burn fat, and add muscle.On September 1st, 2021 I was given the green light to start working with Reneu Health inc. A team of highly skilled kinesiologists striving to improve the quality of life of those in the senior communities, clients with neurological disorders , Spinal Cord Injuries, clients that have had a stroke, and recently assisted in body facilitation during a research study for kids with CP.We offer free Fall Prevention seminars for all senior communities. We can make it a small, medium or large group.Some facilities that we currently offer these seminars are: Atria Senior Living (multiple locations), Woodbridge Terrace Irvine, Sunrise Assisted Living in Mission Viejo and more.#MadebyHIM
