This role encompasses the provision, for existing and new clients, of expert level support consulting, by making use of my in-depth knowledge and experience of the ProQuest platform. These skills allow me to provide expert assistance in technical support. I am also actively involved with the technology and development teams to extend and expand the customer experience on this platform. I am responsible for providing deep expertise to customers, distributors, sales, and Customer Experience Managers for the major product families: (ProQuest Information Service, ProQuest Dialog and ebooks). The main purpose is to diagnose and resolve both technical and product functional inquiries or to handle implementation requirements as required for both internal and external clients.

This role entails a customer base of around 50 customers for which I am the daily contact. Processes range from contact with factories to distribution and OEM's from around the world. I am responsible for developing and maintaining (new) business opportunities. Successful order processing, quoting and forecasting for our international customers are important requirements to provide excellent service.
