As an expert for materials handling systems, especially stockyard technology, I have extensive knowledge in the areas of project execution, sales as well as the development of such products.After completing my mechanical engineering studies, I entered the engineering profession at ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik in St.Ingbert-Rohrbach. During the first ten years I was employed as a lead engineer for various materials handling equipment and plants. Here I was responsible for the order execution of bucket wheel equipment, stackers, scrapers or also wagon tippers for various customers in numerous countries. As part of this work, I also spent a year at our sister company Krupp Hazemag in Sarreguemines (France). There I was assigned as lead engineer for the planning of two crusher stations and at the same time I had the opportunity to improve my language skills in French. After ten years, I moved within the company from engineering to technical sales. Here, as a project engineer, I handled customer inquiries on my own responsibility, from reviewing tender documents to technical calculations and price calculations to preparing quotations. My main focus was on inquiries about stockyard equipment.In 2018, I additionally took on the role of Product Lifecycle Manager for bucket wheel equipment and bridge bucket wheel equipment and 2021 for stockyard equipment as a whole at thyssenkrupp. As part of this role, I was responsible for the further development of these products, which included, for example, analyzing the market and competition, creating and tracking roadmaps, deriving and monitoring appropriate R&D projects, and design and cost optimization.In the course of the sale of Thyssenkrupp Mining Technologies, I worked at FLSmidth for half a year starting in September 2022.In March 2023, I moved to the newly founded Bedeschi Germany GmbH, where I am responsible as Senior Project Engineer for the technical execution, but also for project calculations of our stockyard equipment.
