Christiana is an IT industry leader and Project Management Professional who holds a Bachelors's Engineering in Electrical Electronics Engineering. She has a strong successful history of working in various ecosystems in the fast-growing Information Technology industry and has extensive experience in multi-departmental interfacing in organizations.She is a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in IT services, where she has facilitated the provision of technology services and advisory to clients in the Oil and Gas, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, and Telecoms sectors, among others.Christiana founded Partnership for African Women Advancement (The PAWA Initiative) in 2019 as a consequence of her personal experiences and broad gender inequalities in STEM. The PAWA Initiative was specifically set up to empower women and young girls to close the gender gap in business, employment, and technological know-how by addressing these issues in creative and innovative ways and providing requisite support in all capacities.In 2020, Christiana was selected by UN Women, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs in Nigeria, as one of 25 young women leaders to implement generation equality. She is also a member of the Young CISO Network's Board of Trustees, a network of bright young professionals who collaborate to help shape the future of cyber security in Africa.As an innovative, creative, and highly driven individual with a passion to advance the use of Technology in Africa, Christiana is keen to share all of her experiences in the hopes of bettering humanity as a whole.
