As the Head of Operations and Business Development at Airo Hospitality, I have been leading the expansion and management of a portfolio of hotels and serviced residences in the Philippines for over four (4) years. I have forged long-term partnerships with building and property owners, securing leasing and management contracts for Airo Hospitality's brands.With a background in hospitality, new business development, and customer relationship management, I have a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences and creating value for stakeholders. I have also leveraged my experience as an Area Business Development Manager at OYO, where I handled properties in the south of Manila, assisted pre-opening hotels, and conducted audits and trainings. I am always looking for opportunities to innovate and adapt to the changing needs and preferences of the market.Aside from operations and business development, I also lead the Sales and Marketing Team of Airo, creating digital contents (email marketing, website, social media marketing, basic SEO) and printed collaterals.
