I'm a self-motivated, dedicated entrepreneur, and energetic person, eager to gain new skills and give back to my community. Holder of Tropical Agricultural Studies Diploma with Honours, I'm a Senior Technician in Agricultural Engineering and Environmental Management.To address social causes and provide appropriate and sustainable solutions to the problems facing the agricultural and environmental sectors across Benin and Africa, I co-founded BIO PLANET TMC Ltd in 2022, where I'm the Chief Executive Officer. Highly committed to a socially responsible career, I use my entrepreneurial and leadership skills to benefit rural farming communities, supporting over 18,640 women and indigenous small-scale farmers.I attended the EmpowerED Program (Innovation in Entrepreneurship and Education), Bangladesh 2023 where I was recognized as a speaker and as Youth Delegate both in The World Bank Group Youth Summit, Washington D.C. from May 25-26, 2023 and in the Youth Entrepreneurship Summit in Nairobi, Kenya from November 27-01 December, 2023.I served as Campus Director at the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin in the 2022 Millennium Fellowship Program (a cohort of 22 Fellows), and was recognized as the Innovative Project Prize Awardee by the West African Economic and Monetary Union's Banking Fair (SBPME UEMOA, 2023) and the Best Innovations' Prize Laureate by the African Centre of Excellence for Water and Sanitation (quality granulated organic fertilizer production through biodegradable waste recycling). Recently, I have been selected to join the 2024 Youth Ecopreneur Programme powered by G20 Global Land Initiative and International Trade Centre, and received the Mastercard Foundation-EARTH University Fellowship Award in the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Track.Further, I'm a Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Program on Entrepreneurship Alumnus and served as Mentor for the class of 2024, and at Xcelero Labs (Quest Fellowship Program) where I play a crucial part in shaping the professional development and success of 80+ Fellows, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for their growth.
