Founding leadership for Success Academy High School for Liberal Arts, Bronx- As a founding leader of the second flagship high school, developed and enacted schooling design and policies.- Managed 12 teacher advisors and 80 scholars around academic performance, maintaining a B+ GPA for the school year. - Served as acting principal for four weeks, managing daily school functions, family relations, and school design decisions.

Education Coordinator for 2015-2016 School Year- As a school leader, managed a team of two and oversaw special education program for a Harlem middle school.- Increased rate of qualification for special education services for scholars who were academic-outliers from 82% to 100%.- Produced reference and training materials, as well, as reports and calculators used by leader teams across schools. Resources included Education Manager Handbook, resource library, and first school-wide GPA reporting tool. - Designed and ran assessments administration, scoring, and data analysis processes for a Harlem middle school.- Created and taught an elective course to middle school scholars on the art and storytelling of comic books.
