I’m working for the German company Saal Digital (photo products) dealing with marketing-related tasks for the Italian market, especially advertising and editing content on social media (Facebook and Instagram), on the website, translating to and from Italian from different languages (English and German) and offering e-mail assistance to international customers in Italian, English, Spanish and French.

I obtained the certification for BMC Administrator: BMC Remedy AR System 7.6.04.I'm currently working in Vodafone Italy as a BMC Remedy administrator and also dealing with different system integrations: ESB, WFM, etc. as part of the Support System Operations group.

I dealt with an ETISALAT (Telco) project in Dubai as a Siebel developer and analyst using Siebel 8.1. Siebel CTI analyst and developer, integrating with Avaya IC 7.2

I followed a project for ENI S.p.A. (Energy) using Siebel 7.8.I followed both the development of the application (applets, views, eScripting, etc...) and especially data analysis and cleansing on Oracle DB, using PL/SQL.

I worked as a Siebel Consultant at Pride in Milan, following a project for Sorgenia S.p.A. (Energy) using Siebel 7.7.I followed both the development of the application (applets, views, eScripting, etc...) and, especially, Siebel CTI integration with Avaya, dealing with Lutech and British Telecom partners.

I worked in Enigen S.r.l., following a project in collaboration with Reply S.r.l. in Turin and Milan, where I dealt with Mediaset Premium (pay-tv) CRM, using Siebel 8.0 SIA. I had the opportunity to follow an important part of the project from the beginning (December 2007), starting from the practical creation of applets, views, business components, to managing business entities as accounts, service agreements, billing accounts, orders and assets, and the creation of products and catalogs, eScripting. I also had the opportunity to help in Siebel trainings for new colleagues joining our company.

I collaborated with Hoplo S.r.l. for the creation of the web community of Argoplan, an online travel search engine. The community was made using Drupal CMS. The project dealt with a research of online tourism trends, the customers' psychological analysis and the following creation of the community to allow active social partecipation, information sharing and customers' loyalty. This project was also used as my thesis.
