My role is to be responsible for creating a product vision for several teams, as well as playing a key part in making the product strategy for the whole company. In this role I help Product Managers with the prioritization and progress of the services/features that bring the most customer value and are aligned with our business objectives.I'm responsible for navigating between internal and external stakeholders interests and translate those interests into actionable insights. Furthermore analyze and understand where the market is moving & how technology trends affect our product offerings. This role plays a key part in the development of innovative offerings that sets us apart from competitors. This role includes leadership with two direct reports, recruitment, building teams and implementing a culture that ensures wellbeing for all parties, as well as the right mindset and progress to deliver outstanding solutions to our customers.I'm part of the product leader group, and a member of our innovation board.

My role was to ensure progress in the development of new business and innovation activities focusing on fintech, but also on other types of new business initiatives that can create long term growth.This work includes giving a strategic direction to the team, building business cases, ensuring the delivery of a broad range of POCs from a development team and iteration on those cases.
