Conducting applied research in the Behavioral and Policy Sciences Department Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management Group relating to user innovation in healthcare

Led strategic and tactical user research to uncover the goals and challenges of users engaging in online communities, driving product innovation in a 0-to-1 space for Messenger and Facebook Groups. Collaborated closely with design, product, engineering, and data science teams to translate deep user insights into new, impactful products that foster deeper relationships and enhance user well-being.

Led innovative research to capture the collective wisdom of women through qualitative and quantitative research methods. Developed scalable research systems to 5x data collection and analysis efficiency. Trained a research team, creating new survey instruments to address gaps in sexual wellness literature. Conducted thematic analysis to identify generalizable sexual pleasure-promoting practices, and contributed to content development for OMGyes.com. Managed research projects with university collaborators, published manuscripts, and shared findings with the public as the company's scientific spokesperson to advance the science of sexual wellness.

Conducted digital health analyses with big data at the Wallace Center for Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health. Partnering with online health communities and studying the potential for patient and end-user innovation to advance population health outcomes.
