I am tasked with developing a new ITSM model to include incident, problem, request and change management policies and processes across OIT. I will also be working with multiple teams in reviewing Rice's OIT service delivery metrics and a review of the OIT service desk toolset. Additional duties include assisting the I&O teams with multiple operational activities and project oversight.

I was employed with ConocoPhillips as a result of their buyout of my previous employer, Burlington Resources. In this role I performed as a senior level analyst providing 2nd and 3rd level support for oil and gas related information systems solutions.

In my role at BR I was the primary support conduit for the executive level, I supported and administrated all of the technical solutions for our energy traders, and I performed a variety of 2nd and 3rd level support duties.
