Christian was solicited by the college President to design their first fully online Business program, complete with curriculum, website design, strategic marketing plans, and internal faculty training. In doing so, he created the curriculum and taught Introduction to Business and Introduction to Music Business courses both online and in-person for nearly five years.

In the nearly five years in business, Christian advised, developed, and managed the careers of country songwriter and recording artist Walker Hayes--now with Sony's Monument Records and SMACK management/publishing, former American Idol finalist and pop/R&B/jazz recording artist Matt Giraud, and developing country recording artist Erika Cole.
