Som frivillig formand for Pan Idræt står jeg i spidsen for en idrætsforening med 25+ sportsgrene, hver med deres egne frivillige styregrupper og over 1250 medlemmer. Vi har en helt særlig opgave i at skabe sportslige rum til alle under regnbuen og dermed sikre større mangfoldighed ikke kun hos Pan Idræt, men i sportens verden generelt. Overordnet set består opgaven i sammen med den øvrige frivillige bestyrelse af udstikke retningen for Pan Idræts visioner og drive en moderne idrætsforening med en masse motion og bevægelse, foreningsudvikling, administration og en masse events og projekter, der gerne med respekt for fællesskabet skal give flere og gladere medlemmer. I 2021 er vi værter EuroGames 2021, et regnbuefarvet multisportsstævne der skal sikre inklusion og mangfoldighed for tusindvis af atleter der skal dyste i 27+ sportsgrene fordelt over København, Frederiksberg og Malmø. Stævnet udgør den ene halvdel af mega-eventet Copenhagen2021 hvor Copenhagen Pride som vært for WorldPride udgør den anden halvdel.

As a board member of Pan Idræt I had the overall responsibility for communications – I undertook the planning, development and implementation of Pan Idræt’s internal and external communications. This included the website, monthly newsletters and other member communications and external publications, together with the steering committees of the 20 different sports. In addition I was frequently the spokesperson on TV, radio and written media.Overall responsibility for:• Developing communication objectives and communication plans • Identifying users and deciding what to communicate to them and the best forms of communication to use • Arranging publicity for the organization through various outletsProducing publications such as newsletters, leaflets and brochures • Writing news releases and articles • Providing the public with information when it is requested• Coordinating and monitoring the work of artists, photographers and printers in progressMoreover, I contribute to and take part in the overall development and growth of the organisation, where communications are essential and key aspects.Pan Idræt is the Copenhagen rainbow sports association. There are just under 20 sports and around 700 members, making it one of the largest such clubs in Europe.

I led a small team of coaches looking after a mixed group of almost 200 swimmers from age 20 and up til 75. Responsibilities included staff management, scheduling, sports programme development and contact to the three city-owned swimming pools used for practice and tournaments. I also co-ordinated the club's participation in several international competitions every year.

As a Security Receptionist at A.P. Møller - Mærsk headquarters I was the first point of contact between costumers and the company and in addition to traditional receptionist duties my areas of responsibility include:- patrolling the premises to prevent or detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.- Answering alarms and investigate disturbances.- Monitoring and authorize entrance and departure of employees and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.- Contacting the police or fire departments in cases of emergency.- Operating detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.- Monitoring and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boilers.

As a Security Patrol Guard I drive a regular route from customer to customer, visiting each customer a specific number of times during the day or night. I check that all areas, facilities, fences and gates are locked or sealed and that the alarm is working. Other tasks may be to turn off electrical appliances, give a sense of security to staff, make identity checks on staff and / or preventing fire.In case of emergencies it is often the security guard who is first on the scene and sounds the alarm. In these cases it is me as the guard on duty who represent the customer until either the customer, police or firefigthers arrives at the scene.
