As an Outsourced Electrical Engineer of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas thru LBP Service Corporation, my duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:• Currently assigned at the on-going BSP Palawan Branch building construction to supervise activities and ensure that the works are done in full accordance with the schedule, plans and specifications and coordinated with other disciplines/trades.• Prepare technical specifications, scope of work, detailed cost estimates, unit cost analysis, plans and other documents required for bidding purposes.• Prepare all BSP documentation and reportorial requirements.• Assist the Project Team in the prompt exchange of correspondence with the contractor, consultants and other persons/entities concerned.• Review and provide comments and recommendations on submittals and monitor the progress thereof.• Coordinate with contractor‘s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work.• Attend and participate in progress/coordination and other related meetings and inspection activities held and prepare the corresponding reports and highlights.• Review the correctness and completeness of as-built drawings and final Inspection.• Review adequacy and accuracy of the punch lists, monitor the final completion of the work. Assist in the handover of the completed facilities.• Witness specific construction activities, including testing and commissioning activities.• Identity constraints and recommend corrective measures and solutions to any unexpected difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Responsible on the day to day operations and maintenance of air conditioning system, energy management, lighting and electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems within SMDC Head office.• Evaluate technical and non-technical aspects in maintaining and improving SMDC exhibit booths by conducting regular site inspection and apply immediate actions including organized timetable for maintenance work.• Handles contractor coordination, prepares budgetary cost estimates, and retrieves pricing of supplies and service repairs subject for review and approval of the management.• Review, edit and compose plans and layouts necessary for fit-outs and head office modifications using computer aided software i.e. Auto CAD.• Ensures to meet targets and deadlines in line with the team's Key Performance Indicator (KPI).• Generally, ensure safety and contractor’s compliance by providing supervision and standards beneficial to both party.• Prepare monthly progress report of the accomplishments and pending concerns being handled.• Conducted a study proposing an introduction of LED Lights for a Greener lighting system resulting in lesser heat emission and electrical consumption.

• Assigned in different departments of the company: TSG, EHS, Control and Instrumentation, and Maintenance Department.• Worked under senior engineers and electricians to conduct site inspection, calibrate pneumatic system, and study interlock and schematic diagrams.• Hands-on duties to familiarize in actual plant operations.• Installed safety switch for turbine auxiliary oil pump and gas compressor inlet valve resulting a more efficient circuit.

• Assigned in Maintenance Department of the company to assist in the installation and troubleshooting of circuit connections including repair and maintenance of electrical components.• Installed new capacitor bank to improve power factor at company’s desired value.• Conducted preventive maintenance and replaced the contactor of control panel at the substation.
