At the head of public transportation application managers and the assigned development teams by SBB IT passenger traffic solution center:- Responsible for people, budget, operation, further development and life cycle management of public transport applications for Marketing and Sales Passenger Transport- Ensuring operation in parallel mode for new and replacement products on the public transport platform, based on different technologies (Cloud, WebSphere, Host, SAP CRM/Hybris Marketing/Hybris Billing) including support of the connected transport companies- Lead and coaching of team membres and support in the agile transition as well as agilisation of product teams in the DevOps model. Contribute to the reorganisation and introduction of SAFe organization model- Implementation of change activities to integrate non-SAP and SAP areas (CRM/BRIM)- Setting up and ensuring the support organisation for new products (e.g. Swiss-Pass) in cooperation with nearshoring teams- Advising the swiss transport companies in the context of connecting new functionalities- Management of task forces for major problems ; member of SBB IT Notfallstab.

At SBB IT passenger transportation solution center:- manage the operational approval, quality check and placing into operation of complexe programs (Swiss Pass, SVS, ZPS, LEUK) redeveloping and replacing more than 80 applications in sales and marketing- ensure the end-to-end service design and service operation of hybrid systems (SAP, SOA systems on Java, Mainframe, distributed clients)- accountable for the quality and cost efficient maintenance of the products throughout their entire lifecycle.- responsible for the maintenance and further development of business critical IT products and applications.

Resume: software projects and team management, introduction of systems in many countries, support customers and consultant about new technologies.Focused on the digital media my work consisted in feeling the new technologies and developing new measuring solutions for a market evolving quickly. Managing internal and outsourced developers, I was also responsible to design, bring up and manage software of new systems in media domain : from embedded devices, DVB or IP set-top boxes to large-scale databases and complex systems on different platforms (Linux/MySQL, .NET/MS SQL).In contacts with customers all around the world (e.g. Switzerland, Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Lebanon, Russia, Portugal, Ukraine...)
