Vocational training courses designed for high school teacher on: Educational neuroscience, how the adolescence brain works, how to boost the inner potential of the students, how to facilitate a team meeting at school, how to assess the student performance in a digital learning environment, how to ,manage students with special educational needs (BES).

I teach Sociology, Cultural Anthropology, Psicology and Pedagogy in a High school, supporting 15-20 year-old students.

In collaboration with 3 colleagues, I manage all the computer-based teaching activities run in the classroom by the teachers and train my colleagues on the following topics: digital education, coding, online p2p actitivities, learning platform (i.e. Edmodo, Moodle).

Responsible for:A) Management and development of the Master courses, workshop, speed-training days. For every product, I am in charge of: • Designing the Learning modules for blended delivery (outcomes, environments, timing).80 Modules a year in Italian and English;• Coaching 16 Virtual classroom a year via online Platform such as: Moodle, Webex, Label Academy, in order to give the students’ groups the assistance to structure their project work;• Organizing 30 seminars a year in Italy and Europe taking care of the program, the logistic, the lecturers;• Build and monitoring of the product performance indicators (efficacy, efficiency, customer satisfaction) with a final report. 2 report a year;• Planning the Yearly Budget together with the Administration Office;• Analyzing the Products of theCompetitors together with the Communication Office (prices, features, kind of customers attracted).• Writing the Grant applications and presenting the project proposal to institutional and corporate donors, such as: Fondazione Cariplo.B) Improving the acquisition campaigns of “new customers” by:• Conducting 40 selection interviews a year with the prospects to whom I sent a final career report to give them some professional advices in the Third sector;• Monitoring the online brand reputation of the company (Google Alert, Google Trends, specific forum such as: Studenti.it, students personal profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn, trainers personal blogs);• Editing the content of the company’s promotional material (brochure, newsletter, web site, blog).C) Institutional partnership management.I personally wrote and negotiated the formal agreements of collaboration with big Italian not for profit Orgs. such as: AGIRE Italia Onlus, Oxfam Italia Onlus, Fondazione Don Gnocchi and others.

I can claim for 10.000 training-hours during the international Master courses on these topics:• Time Management: negative habits and useful behaviors;• Strategic planning: how to change a business idea into a business model;• Meeting Management: tips and tools to chair a staff meeting in a virtual environment;• Facilitation of Problem-solving processes in a group working on a projectI am also a member of the examination committee responsible for the final evaluation of the students. I managed 4 big clients in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) sector all headquartered in the Middle-East. I was charge of assessing the entrepreneurial risk for all new projects of the clients.I made sales forecast analisys, SWOT analysis, competitors analysis.These data were included in the final business plan given to the clients to let them decide to go on – or not - with the project.For an Italian company importing HVAC products from the Gulf, I was also responsible for completing a feasibility study with the aim of evaluating the launch of a Marketing Division separated from the Communication Office. I assessed the organizational readiness, prepared training seminars on “Change Management” topic, carried out competitors analysis, improved the external communication material.

International college hosting students coming from countries in conflict such as: SierraLeone, ex Soviet Union, Palestine, Israel.I was responsible for 30 students’ developmental training and professional plan: I did orientation interviews, drafted career plans, trained the students on “meeting management” topic, facilitated problem-solving processes of the student groups working on EU projects to help them to better identify the project ideas consistent with partner’s and European Community’s development priorities.

I led 70 projects in different areas of intervention: Culture, Immigration, Vocational Training, Education.I was responsible of:• Definition of the output, outcomes and activities;• Preparation of the budget plan (10k € - 50k €) to be approved by the administrative director;• Writing and presentation of the project proposal to donors (public grants: province, regione, ministry of public education; small enterprises);• Drafting the final evaluation report.
