My job is to lead the creative team and process, to secure our place as a frontrunner in the industry and succeed with our ambition to continuously raise the bar in the entertainment industry.The creative lab is where concepts are born, where new openings and building projects are managed, where brush ups and re-launches are done and where creative content, brand design, marketing campaigns and development of new projects across the countries are created.My responsibilities include coordination and project management of all new creative projects, managing the creative process from concept to completion, translation of marketing objectives into clear creative strategies, manage creative visionaries and their various projects, formulating process plans and development strategies for the project, design solution or campaign and making sure we comply with deadlines, planning and structuring effective meetings, overseeing the creative process, giving guidance to the creative people in the team, communicating and creating an overall creative team vision by defining the direction and goals we set for the group or project, setting and maintaining creative standards for the department and to ensure a great environment for the creative process and the team.Skills required: Communication, project management, leadership, structure, strategy, marketing awareness, interest in social and cultural trends, flair for design, multitasking and an overall creative mind.
